Those experiences strengthened my ability to advocate for people, solve problems, communicate clearly, and understand how financial decisions affect everyday life and long-term goals. As a native Austinite, Central Texas is home. I bring not only local knowledge, but also a deep connection to the community I serve and an understanding of the neighborhoods, growth, and hidden gems that make this area unique. I have helped clients secure lease placements and understand that finding housing is not one-size-fits-all. I also bring prior housing authority experience, serving as a department lead and later as a liaison between the housing authority and HUD, giving me firsthand knowledge of Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) programs and housing processes. For buyers considering resale or new construction, I help compare builders, incentives, financing options, and overlooked details. Through resources like the New Home Buddy app, I help clients stay organized and informed from contract to closing.
